As a Sales Manager at ADITUS, you build and develop customer relationships. Do you enjoy direct customer contact, working with other departments and external partners, and making sure that the sales lifecycle runs smoothly from initial customer contact to contract conclusion? ADITUS develops flexible and powerful solutions for organizers, exhibitors and visitors of trade fairs, congresses and cultural events. We take care of visitor registration, ticketing and admission control. Our customers include the Hamburg Elbphilharmonie, Messe München and Nürnberg Messe.

Your Profile

  • Professional experience in sales of technical solutions and/or key account management in the IT solutions sector
  • The successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship or a business degree is desirable.
  • IT affinity as well as a technical understanding for the definition and evaluation of customer requirements
  • Interest in product management and participation in the advancement of the service portfolio
  • A diligent and committed approach to work
  • Organizational talent, flexibility and high motivation
  • A representative, confident and friendly appearance
  • A focus on results and a strategic view of the successful whole
  • Strong communication skills in English and German (additional languages are welcome)

Your Responsibilities

  • Client acquisition from German and international companies on all applicable channels (social media, events, telephone)
  • Campaign planning and control
  • Participation in trade fairs, events and networking events
  • Independent organization and execution of new customer appointments, both remotely and on-site
  • Preparation and calculation of offers in cooperation with the project teams
  • Development of new formats for customer retention and acquisition
  • Market observation, derivation and monitoring of measures
  • Establishment and maintenance of a multiplier network
  • Further development of portfolio and sales strategy and identification of new markets
  • Further development of standard sales processes
  • Editing and data maintenance in our CRM systems
